Hello!

     It's another year and I'm getting ready to try this adventure again. Skyterra here I come!!!! Last year as most of you know, I got to the wellness center and literally fell the first morning and fractured my humous and the ball in the socket of my right arm/shoulder. And I am right handed. They took me to Transylvania County Hospital and put my arm in a sling. Since I had driven down to Pisgah Forest, North Carolina my dear husband flew down and drove me back to The Lou. It's been a whirl-wind of a year, no surgery due to my age and weight, lots of PT, and writing and painting with my left hand. I still can't raise my right arm all the way up and I've gained some more weight. Other than that, I feel excited and blessed to be able to go back. I am going to take it slow and try not to worry about last year. They say they meet you where you are, so I going to stay in the present without worrying about the past or the future. One day at aq time, one hour at a time!
